Plenty of wildlife, and boats sailing along the rivers. The bedroom window looks east with views over a medieval chapel to St Benet’s Abbey in the distance.

Ground Floor. entrance hall with stairs to first floor accommodation.(hanging wardrobe under stairs)

Lounge / Dining Room. Hosting a colour TV with freeview, comfortable lounge furniture, and dining table with chairs for two people.

Kitchen .A galley-style kitchen, directly off the lounge/dining room, with fitted units and stainless steel sink. Fully equipped, including full sized cooker and microwave.

Bedroom. Tucked under the eaves, there is still plenty of room for a full size double bed, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers.

Shower Room. With electric shower, pedestal basin and toilet.

All beds are supplied with duvets and bed linen and are made up ready for your arrival.

Due to its first floor location there is no patio directly associated with this accommodation. There are however a number of areas nearby that may be used by visitors.
