Aspect: Facing south and west, with views for more than 10 miles over the Bure Valley, the balcony provides an impressive 270 degree vista from St Bennets Abbey (in the winter) to views of the River Ant.
Accommodation

Conservatory. The fully heated conservatory provides additional space to relax, with views over the garden and adjacent fields. Doors lead to the lawned garden.

Dining Room. With a cast iron fireplace and tiled surround, this room has waxed pine dining tables and chairs to allow all visitors to dine together in comfort.
Kitchen. With fully fitted limed oak units, stainless steel double sink and ample work surfaces this kitchen would be the pride of any home. Equipped to a high standard, including built in oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.
Breakfast Room. Situated just off the kitchen and equipped with table and chairs; ideal for that less formal “as they get up” breakfast, or just a mid morning cup of coffee.

Bedroom 5. Downstairs bedroom, off the dining room, with single bed, bedside cabinet, and dressing table. Ideal for anyone who may have difficulties with the stairs.
